In 1969, Dennis Martin vanished while on an overnight trip in the Smoky Mountains. While on a hike, the six-year-old hid behind a tree to pull a prank on his father. However, he disappeared, and despite searches, the case remains unsolved to this day.
New York police are currently searching for a woman who attempted kidnapping in public on Monday. The victim, a five-year-old boy, was with his parents on the street when the woman attempted to kidnap him. Police are still searching for the woman in question.
Early Valentine’s Day morning in 2000, Asha Degree’s parents discovered that the nine-year-old girl was no longer sleeping in her bed. She had taken her backpack and other items, which would not be discovered for years. The case remains unsolved to this day.

In Portland, Oregon 1971, a man going by the name of Dan Cooper bought a ticket for Northwest Orient Airlines Flight #305 at the airport. During the flight, Cooper explained to the stewardess that he had a bomb in his briefcase. Cooper escaped the plane with about 200,000 dollars in ransom money, and his disappearance remains unsolved to this day.
Over the weekend, four University of Idaho students were murdered inside their home on campus in a quadruple homicide. No suspect has been apprehended as of Wednesday. All four students had likely been stabbed to death.

An Iowa court has now established a “poor grade” as the motive for her killing by Willard Miller and Jeremy Goodale, who were charged with her murder. Miller’s lawyer now seeks to suppress evidence regarding court documents as their hearing takes place.
Two suspects, nineteen-year-old Shawn Davis and a sixteen-year-old, were charged on Friday for a shooting at Destiny of Faith Church in Pittsburgh. The shooting injured six people, as well as a horse. Authorities discovered a gun possibly used in the shooting in the river off McKees Rocks Bridge Sunday morning.
On Monday morning at 9:11 am, police received a call that a school shooter had entered the Central Visual and Performing Arts High School in St. Louis, Missouri. The assailant, nineteen-year-old former student and graduate Orlando Harris carried a long-range rifle and approximately six hundred rounds of ammunition before being gunned down by police in a gun exchange. Two individuals, one teacher and one student, passed away during the shooting and several were injured.
On Halloween night in 1974, Texas, Timothy O’Bryan ingested Pixy Sticks supposedly given to him while he was out trick-or-treating and died an hour later. Police would discover traces of cyanide mixed with the sugar. Timothy’s father, Ronald O’Bryan, would later be arrested and executed for his son’s murder.
A man stabbed his wife to death on Monday night, then attempted to kill himself by slashing his throat. The act was committed in front of the couple’s three children after they argued about how to discipline the children.
On October 31st, 2004, an unidentified pregnant woman was seen existing the women’s bathroom in Hilton Resort and Marina in Key West, Florida at 2 in the morning. Later that day, a member of staff discovered the body of an infant in a garbage bin. The woman has never been identified.
A Florida grandfather, David Towner, was charged with one count of child neglect after a Hertz rental car employee discovered a toddler in the returned car lot. The child was reported to be in good health when checked by paramedics.
In Lawton, Oklahoma, 1977, the parents of nineteen-month-old Nima Louise Carter put their daughter in her crib on Halloween night. The next morning, Nima was missing. She was eventually found a month later in a fridge in an abandoned home. To this day, her case remains unsolved.
