Remains of Missing Teen Found After House Fire

Officials discovered the remains of a missing teen after a house fire in Arizona in 2020. They charged her parents with murder Friday.Last seen alive in 2016, Ana Loera, 13, was found in the attic of her adoptive parents home. The Phoenix Police Department charged Maribel and Rafael Loera with first degree murder, in addition to several counts of child abuse, concealment of a dead body and arson. 

Suspects Charged in Brutal Murder Case

Philadelphia police charged two suspects with murder in the death of a 70-year-old man. Taray Herring, 47, and Jeanette Pace, 43, face charges after police found a dismembered body in the back of a U-Haul truck. The victim, Peter Gerold, died in February. Authorities charged Herring, a registered sex offender, with abuse of a corpse, criminal trespass, theft and evidence tampering. Then, they added a murder charge.

Grocery Store Shooter Identified, Charged with Murder

Since the shooting at a King Soopers grocery store Monday afternoon, authorities identified the suspect. The victims include Denny Strong, 20, Neven Stanisic, 23, Rikki Olds, 25, Tralona Bartkowiak, 49, Suzanne Fountain, 59, Teri Leiker, 51, Kevin Mahoney, 61, Lynn Murray, 62, and Jody Waters, 65. The final victim is 51-year-old Boulder Police officer Eric Talley.

Man Opens Fire at Colorado Grocery Store

Officers responded to a 911 call in Boulder, Colorado after a man started shooting inside a local grocery store Monday. According to ABC, multiple people were injured inside King Soopers grocery store. When authorities arrived, the shooter opened fire on them with a long gun. Soon after, the state SWAT team arrived to help. However, the store remained an active crime scene for hours to come.

New Evidence Points to FBI in Malcolm X Murder Case

Malcolm X's family released new evidence for the investigation in a news conference Saturday. According to the Thomson Reuters Foundation, the family obtained a letter written by Raymond Wood, a former undercover NYPD police officer. Wood, now deceased, stated that the NYPD forced him to lure the X's security team into a trap and arrest them.

Snow Charged For Neglect of Girlfriend and Kids

Bryan Snow was charged with second-degree domestic abuse and endangering the welfare of a child after police rescued his disabled girlfriend and twin girls from severe neglect. Snow's girlfriend reportedly has Multiple Sclerosis and had been left in the bathtub completely naked and sitting in several inches of feces and urine. After saving Snow's girlfriend, police returned to the Missouri man's home and found two five-year-old girls. Police officers stated that the twins were extremely malnourished and were eating out of a cereal bag.

Polevich Arrested For Murder of Nicki Minaj's Father

Charles Polevich was arrested on Wednesday and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal car accident that killed Nicki Minaj's father, Robert Maraj, last Friday. Maraj had been walking on the street when Polevich struck the 64-year-old pedestrian with his vehicle at 6:15 pm. According to police, Polevich stopped and exited his car to check on the injured man. Yet, rather than helping Maraj and calling 911, Polevich fled the scene.

Rollins Charged With Murder of Former Model

Tracy Ray Rollins, a 28-year-old long-haul truck driver from Dallas, Texas, was arrested and charged Wednesday with the murder of Rebecca Landrith. Landrith's body was found by a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) worker around 7 am Sunday near an 1-80 eastbound exit ramp by the Mile Run interchange.
