Lady Gaga: Dog Walker Shot in Dognapping

Lady Gaga is offering a $500,000 reward for the return of her beloved French bulldogs after they were stolen and her dog walker was shot on Wednesday night.According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the dog walker was shot in Hollywood during a robbery around 9:40 p.m. local time near North Sierra Bonita Avenue. The victim, whose name has not yet been released to the public, was then taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in critical condition. The suspect was reportedly a male that was using a semi-automatic handgun. The police stated that he allegedly fled the scene in a white sedan with Lady Gaga's two dogs, Koji and Gustave, in tow. A third dog managed to escape the dognapping and was seen being cradled by the victim while he was being treated by paramedics.A source close to the singer told CNN that Lady Gaga "is offering half-a-million dollars to anyone who has her two dogs, no questions asked. Anyone who has the dogs can use this email, KojiandGustav@gmail.com, to retrieve the reward."The source also noted that the dog walker is "recovering well." Lady Gaga was apparently in Italy at the time of the robbery. An LAPD spokesperson said on Thursday that French bulldogs are currently in high demand and are a particularly valuable breed. There have been other French bulldog thefts in Los Angeles recently and it is highly unlikely that Lady Gaga was specifically targeted in this robbery. The investigation is ongoing.
