Snow Charged For Neglect of Girlfriend and Kids

Bryan Snow was charged with second-degree domestic abuse and endangering the welfare of a child after police rescued his disabled girlfriend and twin girls from severe neglect. Snow's girlfriend reportedly has Multiple Sclerosis and had been left in the bathtub completely naked and sitting in several inches of feces and urine. According to medical personnel, the 27-year-old woman had been placed in the tub about two or three days before she was discovered. Snow's girlfriend was transported to the hospital and treated for bed sores and possible infections. After saving Snow's girlfriend, police returned to the Missouri man's home and found two five-year-old girls. Police officers stated that the twins were extremely malnourished and were eating out of a cereal bag. One twin in particular appeared to have been "targeted" for abuse and had burns on her body, sores in the webbing of her hand, substantial hair loss from malnutrition, and numerous splinters in her hands and feet. The young girl told authorities that she been "stuck in the closet" and had gotten the splinters from clawing her way out. Both of the children revealed that their parents would choke them and burn them with lighters when they had "accidents" despite not being potty trained. Investigators found that four hotline calls concerning the girls had been made last year and that the twins were removed from the home at one point. The mother regained custody under the condition that she keep them away from Snow. Conversely, the Children's Division reported that Snow was not supposed to have contact with the girls.Snow's bond is currently set at $65,000.If you suspect child abuse, call the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-422-4453.
