Garcia reportedly turned herself in to the local police on Monday. She has been charged with four counts of child endangerment.

Per a news release by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, 65-year-old Kevin Monahan shot and killed 20-year-old Kaylin Gillis after her vehicle pulled into his driveway on Saturday night. Monahan fired at least two shots at the vehicle and Gillis was pronounced dead at the scene.
