California Teens Charged After Pushing Boy Into Oncoming Traffic
15-year-old Angel Botello Hernandez has been unconscious for days after being pushed into the street and stuck by a Tesla.
According to People, 911 calls detailed a boy who was injured due to being hit by a car. Hernandez was reportedly riding his skateboard when “a group of young people met him at the intersection.” Hernandez was then pushed into oncoming traffic.
According to police, Hernandez is in critical condition, but is expected to survive and make a full recovery.
The driver of the Tesla is not currently facing any criminal charges.
