Chicago Man Charged With Murder After Human Remains Found by Sanitation Workers
Judson Taylor of Chicago was charged with murder Monday morning after sanitation workers found parts of a dismembered body last week in the city’s Austin neighborhood.
Taylor, 56, was arrested Sunday in the brutal stabbing death of Kevin Perry, 37. Perry’s dismembered body was found last Wednesday in the 5000 block of West Washington Boulevard by sanitation workers, according to WFLD. Taylor lives within the same block where the remains were found.
On Saturday evening, human remains were found in the 100 block of North Leclaire Avenue. Police have not yet established a formal connection between both discoveries, but both are being investigated.
Taylor has been charged with multiple felonies including one count of first-degree murder, one count of dismembering a human body, one count of concealing homicidal death, and one count of abuse of a corpse.
