Records Indicate History of Domestic Violence After Man Fatally Stabs Ex-Girlfriend

Anthony Jon Juco, 42, is currently facing murder and stalking charges after fatally stabbing his ex-girlfriend, Christina Raymond, 35, but records indicate he has a repeated history of domestic violence.

According to The Mercury News, county court records show Juco has had misdemeanor and felony convictions for violating domestic-violence restraining orders, inflicting corporal injury, child endangerment and assault with a deadly weapon. Juco has also been charged with making violent threats back in 2005 on three separate occasions and received a two-year prison term in 2011 for assault with the intent to commit a sex offense.

Juco bypassed the county courts for a decade until he sent a threatening message to Raymond on New Year’s Eve after viewing her Tiktok account containing videos regarding her new relationship. Two days later, on Jan. 2nd, Raymond noticed Juco following her in his car while she was making DoorDash deliveries and alerted her boyfriend, who told her to drive to the police department. Raymond reportedly drove into the wrong parking lot, leading Juco to stab her to death.
