NYPD Officer Fatally Shoots Man Before Turning the Gun on Himself

An off-duty officer for the New York Police Department shot a man to death on Sunday night before turning the gun on himself in a tragic murder-suicide over an alleged love triangle.

The incident happened at around 10:30 p.m. at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Wallkill, New York. Police sources tell the New York Post that the shooting may have been over a woman.

The names of the shooter and victim have not been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
