Houston Woman Fatally Shot After Finding Out She Was Pregnant

Dontia Clark, 20, was fatally shot in her apartment on April 10, one day after finding out she was 8-weeks pregnant with her first child.

Dontia’s brother went to the apartment to check on his sister and found Clark dead with multiple gunshot wounds.

According to People and ABC13, in a statement by Clark’s family, her apartment showed no signs of forced entry. The family believes Donita knew her shooter.

Police have yet to arrest a suspect and a motive is unclear.
