Coroner Confirms COD for Full Star Actor Bob Saget
Just nine days after the passing of famed actress Betty White, America lost another iconic actor that played an important role in many of our lives growing up. Bob Saget, who people called America’s father, was found dead in is hotel room at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando in Grande Lakes, Florida. There has been much controversy into how the 66 year old actor had passed away and everyone in the country has been waiting for the official coroners reports.
Almost 2 weeks ago Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Stephany made a statement about Bob Saget’s death, he had ruled that the actor had died from head trauma that many officials believe were caused by Bob hitting his head twice after falling in the bathroom. Officials state that it is highly likely the actor fell in his hotel bathroom, hit his head twice and then went to bed. Chief Medical Director Harris says that, “So thinking about the physics that would be involved," Harris said, "it could be the case that Mr. Saget had two falls. For instance, he may have hit the front of his head, or slipped forward, causing fractures to the orbits [eye sockets] his skull. Then the recoil of the impact of hitting his head may have caused him to fall backward, and then strike the back of his head on another object - let's say a bathtub or the floor - which would cause dual brain trauma. That would account for both types of fractures that we're seeing with Mr. Saget," The extent of his injuries included, an abrasion to his scalp, a fracture at the base of his skull, fractures around his eye sockets, and a bleed on his brain.
Bob Saget’s family is now pursuing legal actions to have all records from the night he died, including medical records, set to private so no one will be able to request them. Bob’s wife wishes for everyone to remember who Bob Saget was and not how he died.
The world remembers Bob Saget from “America’s Funniest Videos” and “Full House”. His death was a blow to America after losing Betty White but both of the star’s legacies go on in the brink of darkness. Let’s remember both for who they were in life, the laughs they brought us, the love they taught us, and the memories they helped make to brighten our childhood every day. In the words of Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) “Clean is good, dirt is bad”.
