A Mother's Horrific Discovery Leads to Murder Charges for Wisconsin Woman

A mother’s discovery of her son’s dismembered head in a bucket at the bottom of the stairs in their residential home has led to the arrest of 24-year-old Taylor Schabusiness in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The 25-year-old victim, who has not been officially identified by police, was initially discovered by his mother when she came downstairs in the middle of the night from her bedroom, after hearing a door slam and noticed a light was still on.

Officers were then immediately called at about 3:25 a.m. to the home in the 800 block of Stony Brook Lane on February 23rd, and found dried blood on a mattress within the home.

Schabusiness told officers that she and Thyrion were smoking meth together the previous day. Once they arrived at the mother’s home, they engaged in sex which involved chains, during which time she allegedly “blacked out” and started to strangle the victim.

Schabusiness allegedly knives in the kitchen of the home to dismember his body before leaving the head and a “male organ” along with “bodily fluid” according to police before leaving the scene to go to her home.

She then told police they were going to “have fun” trying to find the victim’s body parts, which were scattered around her house and a van. She was arrested at her home in the 2300 block of Eastman Avenue on the city’s east side.

Schabusiness has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and third-degree sexual assault. Her bail has been set at two million dollars in cash following a hearing Tuesday afternoon. She is scheduled to be back in court in three weeks.
