4-Year-Old Dies After Being Forced to Drink Whiskey

China Record, a 4-year-old girl from Baton Rouge, Louisiana is dead after her grandmother forced her to drink a bottle of whiskey while the child’s mother watched.

A police spokesperson for the Baton Rouge Police Department told ABC News that the child’s mother, Kadjah Record, 29, and grandmother, Roxanne Record, 53, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

 The child’s autopsy showed that her cause of death was acute alcohol poisoning. Her blood-alcohol level was .680% at the time of her death, more than eight times the .08% legal driving limit for an adult.
