Once Missing Kelley Muscara’s Death Ruled an Accident

Loudoun County Detectives and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner have released the conclusion that the death of Kelly Muscara, which was originally investigated as possibly having been committed by another party, was without foul play. According to Inside Nova, the signs around the case and evidence found with the body do not support the theory of a perpetrator being responsible for her death.

Muscara, 33 years old, was reported missing Saturday, May 14, after being last seen that same morning around Sterling, Virginia. The quick announcement of her missing status was influenced by police concerns for her physical wellbeing and/or health concerns, according to WRIC.

Quickly, the body was found the next day, May 15, on Kincora Drive. Despite ruling the death without foul play, the lead investigators on the case are still looking to the public for any information about where Muscara had gone and what happened to her.
