MS-13 Gang Member “Little Devil” Found Guilty of Murder

Linez “Diabilita” Escobar was found guilty on six counts of murder and racketeering on Monday in a Long Island courtroom.

Escobar lured five young men to a park where four of them were viciously hacked to death with machetes by other members of the MS-13 gang in April of 2017. She was 17 years old at the time.

The four victims were Jefferson Villalobos, 18, Miguel Lopez, 20, Justin Llivicura, 16, and Jose Tigre, 18. The fifth victim, Elmer Alexander Arteaga Ruiz, escaped the massacre and lived to testify against Escobar in court. Others that testified against Escobar included detectives, other gang associates, and her ex-boyfriend.

The New York Post reports that the jury took only 16 minutes to deliberate, and that Escobar “showed no emotion” as the verdict was read.

She is due back in court in September for sentencing.
