Pennsylvania Man Killed by Stray Bullet

A Pennsylvania man was killed by a stray bullet while eating Thanksgiving dinner.According to HuffPost, Edilberto Miguel Palaez Moctezuma, 25, was shot in the torso after 9:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving. Moctezuma was hit by a stray bullet that pierced a nearby window. He was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.The stray bullet was due to an argument outside the home where a shooting occurred. The suspect, Kevon Clarke, 19, began shooting after an argument between relative about some alcohol that had gone missing. According to a statement from the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, a warrant has been issued charging him with first-degree murder, reckless endangerment and weapons offenses. The suspect is still at large.Clarke is five feet, ten inches and approximately 150 pounds.
