Philadelphia Police Looking for Missing 10 Year Old Girl

The Philadelphia police are still looking for missing 10 year old girl, Qadr Williamson. Williamson disappeared last Thursday morning while she was walking to school. According to Chestnut Hill Local, Williamson's foster mother saw her leave her home for Henry Houston elementary school. Williamson is 5'5 with a medium build and brown eyes with black braids/locks. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt, a blue hoodie and black sneakers.
