Holly Marie Clouse, the missing daughter of a couple killed, has been found after 40 years

Tina Gail Linn Clouse,17, Harold Dean Clouse Jr., 21, and their infant daughter, Holly Marie Clouse went missing in Texas in 1980. A year later, the remains of a couple were discovered in a wooded area in Houston, but the identities of the bodies remained unknown until 2021. The couple was identified as Tina Gail Linn Clouse and Harold Dean Clouse Jr., but their infant daughter remained missing.

Holly Marie Clouse remained missing until the Texas Attorney General’s office began a cold case unit in March 2021 and started the investigation in January 2022, according to People.

According to General Brent Webster, Holly Marie was dropped off at a church in Yuma, Arizona, by two religious women wearing white robes and who were barefoot.

On Tuesday, Holly Marie was informed about the identity of her biological parents and extended family. Later that day, Holly Marie was able to speak to her biological family for the first time.

According to CNN, Donna Casasanta, the biological grandmother of Holly, said that she had prayed for over 40 years hoping for answers to the disappearance of the Clouse family, and now that she has found her granddaughter, she feels she has received some answers.

The murder of Tina Gail Linn Clouse and Harold Dean Clouse Jr. is ongoing, and the Attorney General encourages anyone who has any information related to the case to contact its Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit.
