Body Pulled from Submerged Car in South Australia

The Daily Mail reports that two cars have been pulled from a beach in Adelaide, South Australia. One body was recovered from a Mitsubishi Pajero. The cars were removed from the water around 9am Thursday morning (08/04/2022), and the body was removed from the scene just before 2pm. 

SA Police made the discovery after responding to reports of two cars seen on the beach and driving into the sea ‘sometime overnight’.

The body of a man was found just off the West Beach boat ramp, submerged in a Mitsubishi Pajero. Both cars had New South Wales license plates.

Western District CIB detectives, a forensic response team, and Water Operations Police are currently in attendance.
