Torian Wilson allegedly shot Elijah Newman, a 45-year-old Ghanian driver. Newman’s body was discovered Thursday night with a single gunshot wound to the chest. Police charged Wilson with first-degree murder and armed criminal action after linking him to the crime through an email address.
