Cold Case: Who is Man Found in Brewster, New York?

The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation is still seeking assistance to help solve a 26-year-old cold case

An unidentified man who is believed to be Hispanic or African-American was last seen on October 7, 1995, purchasing at a curtain shop in New Rochelle, New York. After purchasing two expensive blankets, he took a train to Brewster on the Metro-North railroad. 

His body was found in a wooded area in Brewster, New York, two days after he was last seen. He had slashed his wrists in an apparent suicide. 

At the time of his death, he was in his 40s. He was well-dressed and wearing a gold-chained crucifix necklace.
