Texas Woman Allegedly Pointed a Gun At Trick or Treater

A Texas woman allegedly pointed a gun at a trick or treater outside of her home.According to the Hay's County Sheriff's Office, a call was made on October 31st at around 7:20 p.m. for an alleged aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police determined that it was the suspect yelling at children outside of her home. Monica Ann Bradford, 35, exited her home and pointed a loaded gun at a 7-year-old trick or treater.NBC reports that Bradford was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a 2nd degree felony. Her bond was set at $10,000. Bradford was released on Monday although the investigation is still ongoing.
