Michigan Facebook Celebrity Shot on Livestream

People reports that Terrill Smith, a Facebook celebrity from Michigan, was killed after arguing with viewers on a livestream. 

Police responded to multiple reports of shots fired at 11am on June 28, 2022. They found Smith, 46, on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital, but the wounds were fatal. 

Smith was livestreaming at the time of the shooting, and while the actual shooting was not in view, thousands of viewers overheard around 30 gunshots and a bystander calling 911. The video was around 37,000 views before Facebook took it down.

3 suspects are currently in custody. 

Terrill Smith was known for his comedy and brutal honesty, and it is suspected that his death is related to an argument he had with his viewers.
