In an unanimous move, Russia’s media watchdogs have set in motion regulations to crackdown on limiting social network platforms. More specifically, popular social media app, Twitter, which will be slowed down by up to 50 percent as of this past Wednesday.
On April 21, 2012, 19-year-old Tanner Barton was invited to a party at a friend’s house in Kokomo, Indiana. The next morning, Tanner was dead. I had the opportunity to sit (over Zoom) with Tanner’s mother, Michele Barton, to discuss what happened to her son and what her next steps are for bringing anyone responsible for Tanner’s death to justice.
