Investigators said Curtis Allen Holliday killed his wife, Chi Thi Lien Le, who has been missing since April 3. Holliday, who has been in a Harris County jail since May 5 after being charged with violating a bond for a protective order and continuous violence against a family member, was interviewed by investigators in connection to his wife’s disappearance.

A search of Holliday’s place of business on the 5800 block of West Sam Houston Parkway North was conducted. Investigators said they found Le’s remains in a commercial freezer on the property.

A 22-year-old Ohio woman whose body was found Tuesday in a wooded area was denied a civil protection order the previous week against her estranged husband, who is accused of killing her.

Alec Blair, 21, was arrested Tuesday and charged in the murder of his wife, Gaberien “Gabe” Clevenger. He remains in the Richland County Jail.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A serial killer whose five victims included two wives has died on California’s death row, authorities said Monday.

Phillip Carl Jablonski, 73, was found unresponsive in his San Quentin State Prison cell on Friday and pronounced dead within minutes. His cause of death is awaiting an autopsy, but he had been assigned a single cell, said corrections department spokeswoman Terri Hardy.
