Denver Women’s Correctional Facility released Krystal Jean Kenney, 34, on parole following her resentencing. Kenney helped Patrick Frazee cover up the 2018 murder of Berreth, his fiancée. Officials charged Kenney with evidence tampering and sentenced her to three years in prison Jan. 2020. They resentenced her to 18 months.
