Jacob Krzemski, who was suspected in the suspicious death of his Bay Area girlfriend in April was formally charged this week for murdering her. Krzemski brought Corina Lee to the hospital on April 8 claiming that she fallen while in the shower and hit her head on the toilet. Krzemski told the doctors that Lee had been recovering from a head injury that occurred just three days earlier after she allegedly fell off of her bike.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention took a 180-degree turn last week and is now recommending that people wear face masks in public. The guidelines say medical-grade masks should be reserved for health professionals, who are facing a shortage of supplies, and suggest that Americans use T-shirts, scarves, handkerchiefs, or any other spare fabric to make homemade masks to cover their noses and mouths.
