Police arrested a Lancaster father for decapitating his children and forcing his other siblings to watch on Wednesday. Maurice Jewel Taylor Sr., 34, of Lancaster, California, is charged and arrested for the murders of his son, 12-year-old Maurice Taylor Jr., and daughter, 13-year-old Malaka Taylor.
