Victor Bell Jr. was charged with third-degree murder on Tuesday after accidentally shooting his long-time friend in the head three days ago. The Pennsylvania teen had been hanging out with 23-year-old Diamond Rahatt at her Norristown home when he inadvertently fired Rahatt’s gun and killed her.

In Philadelphia a 12-year-old boy passed away Sunday night after he was shot in the eye, NBC 10 in Philadelphia reports. The boy was allegedly called to the door by his name and then shot through the door. Sadeek was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics.
Sunday marks the sixth anniversary of Tamir Rice’s death after he was fatally shot by a policeman outside of a recreation center in Cleveland, Ohio. Tamir, 12, was carrying a replica pellet gun when he was shot by a white officer in 2014.
