Jasmin Cigarroa’s husband, Jonathan Nuno Mijangos, was arrested on first-degree murder charges after his wife’s remains were discovered on Friday morning. Jasmin, 24, was reported missing to the Denver Police Department on March 10. According to her brother, Mijangos said that his wife had gone out with her friends on Monday night but did not return home. However, Jasmin’s family does not believe that this is true.

Authorities identified the skeletal remains of a pregnant woman who had been discovered in a well 33 years ago as Lisa Todd on Tuesday. Consequently, Ronald, the father of Bethany’s unborn child, would be the last person to see her alive.
