Police have arrested a woman after fatally shooting a man on Thursday in Boise, Idaho. Around 4 am officers responded to a Boise home on North Ancestor Avenue, Thursday morning.

According to US News, officials found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics tried performing lifesaving procedures on the victim but died as a result of his gunshot wounds.

A man was killed by his cousin in an illegal street takeover on Thursday morning in Costa Mesa, California. Sergio Marroquian, 23, was riding in the passenger seat of his cousin’s Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck when it flipped on its side.

According to ABC 7, the crash occurred around 2:30 am after the car was doing donuts on the street. It took place between Sunflower and Hyland avenue after more than 100 vehicles began taking over the streets.

On Tuesday afternoon, police called off the search for a missing 27-year-old hiker after finding his body in the North Carolina Mountains. According to WSPA, family members last saw Chad Seger hiking in the Black Balsam area of Pisgah National Forest on Monday, October 12.

Chad, a native of Asheville, was familiar with the area in which he last was seen. ABC 11 reports that as a Marine veteran, he was in good physical health who had no problem hiking long trails before his disappearance.

The former assistant of 33-year-old CEO Fahim Saleh pleads not guilty to first-degree murder charges on Tuesday in Manhattan, New York. Tyrese Haspil, 21, had previously worked for Tech CEO Fahim Saleh as an executive assistant who handled his financial and personal affairs.

According to The New York Post, Haspil had stolen $90,000 from Saleh by transferring the money through his PayPal and Intuit accounts. When Saleh found out, he fired Haspil and dealt with him instead of calling the police. He arranged a brokered repayment plan so that Haspil would continue paying off his debt to him.

Two 9-year-old girls are stabbed to death by their father in a murder-suicide on Wednesday, October 7, in Placentia, California. Police received a call at 12:38 am on Wednesday, from the mother reporting that her husband had stabbed their two 9-year-old daughters in the home.

Officials arrived at the residence in the 400 block of East Swanson Avenue to find the two 9-year-old twins stabbed to death in the living room, reports CBS Los Angeles. The father, 41-year-old Timothy Takehara, was found dead in a grass area across the residence. He was pronounced dead from self-inflicting stab wounds.

A 77-year-old man from Fort Worth Texas, has been arrested for the 1974 murder of a teenage girl on Monday morning. According to CBS Austin, police arrested Glen McCurley and charged him with capital murder for the slaying of 17-year-old Carla Walker

On February 17, 1974, Carla and her boyfriend parked outside a bowling alley during a Valentine’s Day party. A 38-year-old man is beaten and shot to death on Sunday, September 13, in Dallas, Texas. At around 5:00 am, the Dallas police received a call reporting a shooting. Officials arrived at 4330 Dickason Avenue, reports NBC5. They found David Eugene Young lying unresponsive outside a residence. According to CBS11, a witness who reported the shooting filmed the murder of Young on video. She witnessed a man chasing Young and claimed that he was beating the victim to death.

Three family members are arrested for the murder of a Newton, Mississippi woman. According to WLBT, first responders received a call around 10:30 am on Sunday, September 6. They arrived at 989 Pecan Road and found Marian Roncali dead at the residence. After first responders suspected Roncali’s death as foul play, police arrested 46-year-old Carlos Roncali. According to WTOK, investigators later issued arrest warrants for Carlos Roncali’s mother and father, Sherry and James Roncali.

Olga Maria Calderon was a 32-year-old mother working at a Walgreens in Chicago. On Sunday, September 6, 18-year-old Sincere Williams repeatedly stabbed her to death. According to the Chicago SunTimes, Williams arrived at the Wicker Park Walgreens in the 1300 block of North Milwaukee Avenue. He entered the store around 9:35 am on Sunday with the intent of robbing it.

Father is a suspect in the murder suicide of his family. Police make a grim discovery on Sunday, August 30 in an apparent family murder-suicide. The parents were Regina, 58, and John Tobin, 57, who lived in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Their kids were Natalie and Graham Tobin, who were both 15-years-old at the time of their death. In both cases police believed that the wives had been murdered by their husbands, but after they were re-examined using modern techniques officers now think they were actually double murders, according to a special investigation by the Sunday Times.

Brian May has today revealed he suffered a heart attack and was rushed to hospital in “agony”.

Queen’s lead guitarist said doctors found he had three blocked arteries after he felt pain in his chest that lasted about 40 minutes, according to The Sun.

Speaking on Instagram, the 72-year-old said the emergency unfolded just after finding out he had ripped his buttock muscles.

He said he had been in “agony” from the injury – with a further MRI finding he had a compressed sciatic nerve that had caused the pain that was like “putting a screwdriver in my back”.
