Brandon Elliot was arrested on Wednesday after viciously attacking a 65-year-old Filipino immigrant two days prior. The woman, later identified to be Vilma Kari, was on her way to church near Times Square in New York City when Elliot kicked her down and began beating her. He kicked Kari in the stomach and stomped on her face, shouted anti-Asian slurs and told her, “you don’t belong here.”

After her mother reported her missing around 8:30 pm, officials found her body the next day.
Two brothers, who were arrested on November 14, have now confessed to the murder of 21-year-old Floridian Danne Frazier. Frazier disappeared on November 4, shortly after leaving his job at the Publix warehouse in Lakeland, Florida. On November 10, Frazier’s body was found in an orange grove in Lake Wales.
