Last Friday, the body of a missing boy was found at an Iowa farm.
According to the Poweshiek County Sheriff’s Office, human remains were found in a rural area near Montezuma. The body was identified on Oct. 15 as Xavior Harrelson. His cause of death has not yet been announced.
ABC News reports that the missing boy’s body was found by a farmer. The remains were wearing clothes similar to those Xavior was last seen wearing. Xavior Harrelson went missing on May 27th. The missing boy disappeared just days from his 11th birthday.
The Des Moines Register was told by Mitch Mortvedt, assistant director of the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation, that Xavior’s death is considered suspicious. Police are investigating the nature of Xavior’s death.
