Last week, a man plead guilty to the murder of Arkansas nurse, Sydney Sutherland.
According to KAIT, 29-year-old Quake Lewellyn plead guilty to the capital murder and rape of Sydney Sutherland.
Sydney Sutherland, 25, went missing on Aug. 19, 2020 while she was out jogging. KATV reports that Lewellyn confessed to Sutherland’s murder only days later. Sutherland’s cause of death was caused by blunt force trauma. Lewellyn admitted to hitting Sutherland with his truck, raping and then burying her.
Lewellyn was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
