According to ABC News, the assaults happened in the early morning of June 3.

Cincinnati police public information officer Emily Szink confirmed at least two of the seven victims were experiencing homelessness.

WLWT reports the assaults occured in at least four locations in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.

Szink goes on to tell abc news another victim was a bar owner leaving work. The suspects pulled up asking for directions just before shooting him. Szink says the bar owner was not seriously injured.

The sisters’ grandmother, Linda Barker, urged them to turn themselves in, telling WLWT “They need to pay for what they did. They really do. Because they wouldn’t like nobody doing that to their family,” Barker said.

Sisters Brittany and Kelsey hopper turned themselves in Tuesday after being identified in surveillance video. Cincinnati police arrest David White later that night.

WLWT reports video from Republic Street shows the group driving and shooting at a homeless person. Police say the group also assaulted people “on Gest Street, at Seventh and Plum Street and on Corwine Avenue.”
