A 14-year-old girl is accused of stabbing her grandmother to death in Canton, Michigan.
According to Click on Detroit, Cynthia Mosby, 65, died Feb. 21 from multiple stab wounds. Mosby’s 14-year-old granddaughter lived with her, and authorities suspect she planned the killing beforehand. The teen faces first-degree and second-degree murder charges.
Mosby’s son, and father of the teen, found Mosby stabbed to death with a kitchen knife Monday. Later that day, the police found the teen in a motel about 20 miles away. Additionally, the granddaughter appeared in court Saturday. The trial will continue April 15.
