Nearly 17 years after the death of Jessica Keyworth, a man was arrested and charged with murder Friday.

Willie F. Robinson, 52, is charged with one count of murder for allegedly strangling Keyworth in June 2004. He faces a $2 million bond. With the help of DNA testing and forensic science, investigators were able to link Robinson to the cold case.

Keyworth, then 16, was found dead June 1, 2004 in a multi-story house in Waterbury, Connecticut, according to CNN. Originally from Massachusetts, the teen visited friends while training in Job Core, a work camp for young adults. Her body was found in the basement stairwell of the house. It is unclear how or why she went to the house.

There is no information on Robinson’s motive. A news conference is scheduled for Monday afternoon.
