Mother faces endangerment charges after missing daughter is found safe

A Kansas mother faces child endangerment charges after her missing 3-year-old daughter is found safe. Noriyah King, 3, was last seen in 38th Street and Highland Avenue around 7 pm. on Thursday, December 10.

According to FOX 4, police were notified of her disappearance and spent the next day looking for the toddler. Luckily, investigators located her around a residence in Kansas City around 11:50 am.

After police found the 3-year-old girl unharmed, her mother, Kierra Lashay Harris, was taken into custody for questioning. As of now, she faces potential child endangerment charges for the disappearance of her child.

The investigation is ongoing.
