Police suspect foul play of a missing 78-year-old man in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Daniel Kwon, a Korean immigrant, has been missing for more than a year. According to CBS8, Kwon was last seen near Sugarloaf Mills Mall on Tuesday, September 3, 2019.
Kwon, who is known to have paraplegia, has to use his wheelchair every day. His handicap also requires him to take a daily dose of medications. Atlanta News reports that police have identified a person of interest in Kwon’s disappearance. Investigators will release further information today during a news conference. In attendance will be his two daughters, who are pleading for help in bringing his father safely home.
Kwon was last seen wearing dark-colored clothing and a white hat. He is described as 5’3 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. Police ask the public’s help with any information to call the Dekalb County police department at (770) 724-7710.
