Two Japanese men were arrested Wednesday for allegedly posting photos of individuals who tested positive for COVID-19. The pair reportedly through-out the summer have been outing COVID sufferers in posters around Imabari City.

Shota Noma and Kenya Okamoto, both 26, are now being charged with defamation after police caught them on security footage putting up the posters.
