A Connecticut orthodontist stabbed her ex-fiancée’s girlfriend in the neck in Westchester County — and then claimed she was a good Samaritan when the cops showed up, according to police.

Alika Crew, 41, who works out of a high-end Stamford dental office, allegedly hid in the back of the victim’s SUV on Tuesday morning and jumped up and stabbed her while she was driving on Hillandale Drive in New Rochelle.
